2020 is an exciting year for Milton Keynes, as we enter a new decade and celebrate the city’s 53rd birthday.
MK has also been named the designated European City of Sport. MK Council are asking people to pledge #MK20in20; encouraging people to complete 20 activities throughout the year that they otherwise might not have thought of doing.
MK Schools #20in20 Pledge is to complete 20 challenges in 20 weeks! This will bring us to the start of the next academic year – September 2020.
The idea is that every week beginning on Monday 27th April 2020 a chosen MK school will post a ‘60 second Sporting Challenge’ onto Twitter, School Emails, Google Classroom and Parentmail to challenge other schools. Each challenge will last for one week and only for 60 seconds! This way everyone can practice and improve their score throughout the week!
